At Springfield, we slowly hand rear all our Organic Christmas cockerel for an additional 7 weeks longer than our organic chickens. With over 50 years rearing experience, we know that dawn to dusk access to fresh pastures, organic feed, fresh air and natural surroundings is what creates the perfect bird. All our Organic poultry is reared to the highest soil association standards on our family farm in Herefordshire. Our remaining birds are now 4.0-4.7kg in weight.

- This cockerel will arrive with you frozen meaning that you can either thaw and use immediately, or pop it in the freezer to use at a later date.
