From humble beginnings in William Mee’s Lancashire butcher shop, Springfield Organics has grown into a trusted supplier of premium organic and free-range poultry, meat, and local produce, delivered safely across the UK.

For over 40 years, Springfield Organics has been officially certified by the Soil Association, producing the finest British organic and free-range products. The farm was established in Herefordshire by Rod and Beryl Mee more than 60 years ago, with a focus on quality, sustainability, and animal welfare.

Our poultry—including chicken, turkey, and duck—is raised in stress-free, natural environments, allowing the birds to graze, exercise, and enjoy fresh air. This approach enhances both the flavor and quality of the meat.

In addition to poultry, we supply organic beef, lamb, and free-range pork, sourced from local trusted farms. Every product reflects our commitment to ethical farming practices, superior taste, and freshness.
