1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods through www.springfieldorganics.co.uk. By placing an order, you accept these terms. They prevail over any other communications or documents. Please read them carefully before ordering. Non-compliance may prevent you from purchasing goods. All documentation is in English only.

You must register to purchase goods. Accounts are not credit accounts; payment is required at checkout. Ensure registration details are accurate.

Customers must be over 18 years old. For business purchases, the responsible person must also be over 18.

4. Pricing, Goods & Availability

4.1 Pricing

Prices are regularly reviewed and may change without notice. Orders placed before price changes will pay the displayed price. Errors may be corrected without notice; we are not liable for inaccuracies in product information, prices, or images.

4.2 Goods

Product images are illustrative; actual goods may vary. Packaging may differ (vacuum packs, polystyrene, or other materials). We guarantee minimum weights; extra weight will not be charged unless specified.

4.3 Availability

Product availability may change due to seasonal supply. Springfield Organics may decline orders or withdraw discounts without explanation. Full refunds are issued if purchased products are unavailable.

5. Payment

Payment must be made in advance. Accepted methods: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, and Visa-affiliated cards (GBP only). Collections from the farm may be paid by cash, cheque, or card.

6. Delivery

6.1 General

All goods are delivered in insulated boxes with ice packs to maintain freshness for up to 45 hours. Orders are dispatched via national courier, weekdays only. Weekend delivery incurs an additional fee. Delivery charges depend on order value; additional charges apply outside mainland UK. Specific time-slot delivery is available upon request.

6.2 Leaving Goods

Perishable goods left unattended are at the customer’s risk. Inspect goods on arrival and notify us promptly of any issues. Delivery is complete once goods are at the specified address.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellation rights do not apply due to the perishable nature of goods. Rescheduling is possible up to 2pm the day before delivery. Feedback and complaints are welcomed; we aim to respond within 5 working days and may offer vouchers, discounts, or alternative solutions.

All content, images, logos, and intellectual property on this website are protected. Use, copying, or reproduction without permission is prohibited. Contact us to request permission for sharing content.

9. Information Collection & Privacy

Customer data is not shared with third parties. Data is used to ensure accurate delivery, maintain records, and facilitate repeat orders. Customers may opt-in for marketing communications and can unsubscribe at any time.

We may issue and withdraw discount codes without notice. Codes can only be redeemed online unless otherwise stated. Redemption is the customer’s responsibility.

UK entrants only. One entry per person. Winners are notified via the channel of entry. By entering, participants consent to the use of personal information for publishing purposes. Additional competition terms will be provided. No purchase necessary; prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
