Frozen Product Information: Our frozen products may partially or fully defrost during transit. They remain safe to refreeze if they are still cold on arrival. Please refrigerate and use within 24 hours if fully defrosted.

Eco-Friendly Packaging & Ice Packs

Your order is delivered with Dura ice packs to keep meat fresh. When finished:

1. Re-use ice packs for picnics or chilling items.

2. Defrost completely.

3. Cut a corner and empty the gel into the sink (non-toxic, water-based polymer).

4. Recycle the plastic casing at soft plastic collection points.
