Tandoori Chicken Kebabs Recipe

Here's our take on a punjabi classic!


1 KG Diced Organic Chicken Breast

1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

3 Tbsp Tandoori Paste

3 Tbsp Natural Yoghurt

2 Garlic Cloves Crushed

1 Large Onion cut into wedges and separated into layers

Olive Oil for brushing 

Salt and Pepper



Heat either a grill or cook on the BBQ.

First mix the ingredients above in a large bowl and leave to marinate of 2-3 hours.

Then use wooden skewers soaked in water, place the diced chicken alternating with slices of onion onto the skewers. (you could also add some green or yellow pepper cubes here as well)

Cook evenly on all sides and serve with a squeeze of lemon and sprinkles of coriander.
