Springfield Poultry is a longstanding family business, operating for nearly 60 years. In those 60 years our farm & family has seen some changes.
Springfield Poultry all started with Beryl and Rodney Mee at the farm, with 6 turkeys reared outside their kitchen as Christmas presents. Now nearly 60 years later we have 3 generations of Mee's working at the farm; in the office, on the road and in the field.
Over those 60 years Rod and Beryl have seen a change in technology and in 2003 we first went digital, launching our first website for Springfield Poultry. It was fairly basic, but did the job. Moving on a few years we realised how important it was for us to allow customers to buy online. So to accommodate our customer needs we redeveloped our website.

Our second website was redeveloped in 2012. This was a real step up from our last website & allowed our customers to buy online direct from Springfield Farm! A first in our farm history. In those 5 years our previous website has served us well, bringing us loyal long standing customers since the beginnings of the website.

We understand the importance of a quality website and a user friendly experience. It has been really important for us to change and move with the times to continually meet our customer expectations. Therefore it was a top priority for 2017 to deliver this for our customers, in the form of a new website. The one you see today!
