Keeping Orders Separate

If you wish to receive Free Range or Organic Chicken before your Christmas delivery, please place it as a separate order. This ensures your festive orders are processed correctly.

Orders containing duck only will be delivered as usual unless specified otherwise.

Pre-Order Dates

Pre-orders are open until 15th December 2025, subject to availability.
Orders placed after 15th December will be scheduled for delivery in January 2026 unless otherwise specified in the special comments box or by contacting our office.

Important: Do not select a delivery date for Christmas orders—your order will automatically be scheduled for the week of Christmas. If you prefer a delivery date between the 20th–22nd December, please indicate this in the comments box or email us.

Christmas Delivery Dates

Deliveries are scheduled for 20th, 21st, and 22nd December 2025. Each bird is reserved for your order, so the exact delivery day mainly depends on scheduling and storage arrangements.

Christmas Turkey Ice Packs

To ensure your turkey stays fresh:

Double ice packs are included in all deliveries.
Upon delivery, remove half of the ice packs and place them in the freezer.
Swap frozen packs with the defrosting packs as needed to maximize fridge space and keep your bird chilled.
