Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Wings

With the 6 Nations under way here's a great and super simple way to cook our great value organic chicken wings for a finger-licking TV snack...

Ingredients:

  • 2 Packs Springfield Organics chicken wings
  • 2 Tsp Cornflour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika 
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 
  • 1/2 tspLight  salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Method:

Take the chicken wings and pat dry thouroughly place in a large bowl and combine with the other ingredients tossing well so all the wings are covered. If you don't like a bit of spice exclude the cayenne pepper.

Cook in the air fryer at 180 degrees celsius for 20 minutes, remove and turn, then cook for another 5-8 minutes until golden brown. Alternatively cook in a conventional oven at 180 fan or gas mark 6/7 for 25 minutes turning halfway through. 

Serve with blue cheese or bbq sauce dips!
