Free Range Christmas Goose by Gordon Ramsay
I could give you a recipe for a Goose, or I could point you in the direction of one created by a World class chef with years of experience... yeah.... I thought so. This recipe focuses on simple seasoning and correct oven temperatures to let the Goose sing with it's natural flavour.
Ingredients
- 1 Free Range Goose
- 4 Lemons
- 3 Limes
- Sea Salt & Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Chinese Five-Spice
- Small handfuls of Parsley, Sage, and Thyme
- 3 tbsp Honey
- Olive Oil
