Perfect Yorkshire Puddings

Here's how we make our perfect Yorkies, perfect with any roast dinner!

Makes 12 Yorkshires

Ingredients:

2 Free Range Eggs

300 ml Milk

100g Plain Flour

Pinch of Salt

Method:

Pre-heat oven to 210 Fan or Gas Mark 8

Place muffin tins (2 tins with 6 apertures)  with a sliver of lard in each aperture into the oven for 5 minutes.

Mix the mixture in a liquidiser or blender and divide equally between the 12 apertures.

Cook for approximately 20 minutes - you can open the oven once to turn if required.

Serve with your favourite roast!
