Slow Roasted Turkey Legs

Serves 4
Ingredients:
2 Springfield Organics Turkey Legs
2 Tbsp Light Olive Oil
80g Butter
2 Sprigs each fresh rosemary and thyme
2 Crushed Cloves of Garlic
Sea Salt and Pepper
Method:
Slash the turkey legs with a sharp knife two to three times on each leg.
Take a mixing bowl and place the turkey legs along with the other ingredients and stir, place in the fridge to marinate (time is up to you but ideally 1-2 hours at least)
Slide the butter under the slashed skin of the turkey legs.
Preheat the oven to 150 Degrees Fan or 160 Degrees Gas Mark 4.
Place the legs in a roasting pan and cook for approximately 2 Hours. Turning the oven up at the end if the skin needs to crisp.
Serve with all the trimmings or some rice and vegetables!
