Bavette is a meaty, flavour-packed cut from the abdominal muscles of the cow. Incredibly versatile, it can be grilled, pan-fried, broiled, or braised for extra tenderness. Popular in Asian cuisine as “stir-fry beef” and in French cuisine served medium-rare, it’s also ideal for steak jerky or bold, quick-cook dishes.
