Our organic lamb & mint sausages bring together sweet, tender lamb with a gentle hint of fresh mint — a time-honoured combination that’s as comforting as it is delicious.
The lamb is reared on open pasture at Haye Farm in Devon, along with a small number of trusted farms that share the same care for animal welfare. Grazing freely on organic grass, the result is lamb with a natural depth of flavour you can truly taste.
Made by hand by our butchers, we use only good-quality cuts of organic lamb, simply seasoned and mixed with mint for a fresh, fragrant finish. Filled into natural casings, they’re hearty, wholesome sausages with a high meat content and a satisfyingly juicy bite.
Cook gently in the pan or under the grill until golden and sizzling. Serve with creamy mash and greens, or enjoy outdoors with crusty bread and a fresh summer salad.
