Our organic lamb rump is a beautifully tender cut, naturally rich in flavour and perfect for quick roasting, pan-searing or grilling. It’s an elegant cut that cooks quickly while staying juicy and delicate.
Raised on pasture at Haye Farm in Devon and on our trusted partner farms, our lambs graze slowly outdoors on organic grass pasture. This natural, high-welfare approach produces lamb that is clean in flavour, incredibly tender and naturally succulent.
Carefully prepared by our butchers, the lamb rump is known for its fine texture and light marbling, which helps the meat stay beautifully juicy while developing a rich, caramelised crust during cooking.
Simply sear in a hot pan with garlic, rosemary and butter, then finish in the oven for perfectly tender lamb. Delicious served with new potatoes, seasonal greens and a light lamb jus.
