Our organic French trimmed rack of lamb is one of the most beautiful and refined cuts you can serve — naturally tender, delicately flavoured and perfect for a special meal or an impressive Sunday roast.
Raised on pasture at Haye Farm in Devon and on our trusted partner farms, our lambs graze slowly outdoors on organic grass pasture. This natural, high-welfare approach produces lamb that is clean in flavour, beautifully tender and naturally juicy.
Carefully prepared by our butchers, each rack is French trimmed in the traditional way, leaving the bones clean and the meat perfectly shaped for roasting. The delicate marbling keeps the meat succulent while developing a rich, savoury flavour as it cooks.
Simply roast with garlic, rosemary and olive oil until perfectly pink, then carve into tender cutlets. Delicious served with roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a rich lamb jus.
