Raised on pasture at Haye Farm in Devon and on our trusted partner farms, our lambs graze slowly on organic grass fields and live entirely outdoors. This natural, high-welfare approach produces lamb that is clean in flavour, incredibly tender and naturally juicy.
Carefully prepared by our butchers, the loin is expertly rolled and tied to ensure even cooking and a perfectly shaped joint. The fine-grained meat and light marbling create a succulent roast that carves beautifully and stays tender from the first slice to the last.
