Sausage Meat Stuffing Balls

Perfect to prepare early and freeze for Christmas Day or for any other roast!

Ingredients:

400g Haye Farm Organic Sausage Meat

120g Breadcrumbs

1 Onion Chopped

10 Dried Apricots Chopped

50 g Dried Cranberries

10-12 Chestnuts or Walnuts Chopped

1 Tbsp each Fresh Parsley and Sage chopped

1 Free Range Egg Whisked

Method:

Fry the onion gently until translucent in butter. 

Combine the rest of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Lay a sheet of greaseproof paper on a baking tray and form the stuffing into golf ball sized shapes.

Place in the fridge for an hour to set.

Then either freeze in a suitable container or cook for 25-30 mins at 180 Fan or Gas Mark 6/7.
